David Adams is an entrepreneur, thought leader and evangelist of emerging technology platforms, user interaction models and business models who has been involved with over 15 successful venture-backed start-ups and growth businesses that have generated over $2.5B in value for investors.
Over the past 8 years David has worked with startups and large companies that have defined the emerging TV Everywhere, OTT video, and video advertising landscapes.
David takes leadership roles in business development, corporate development, sales, or product management at innovative venture-backed companies looking to change the world.
Stephen is an media executive offering a proven track record in successfully leading all facets of operations, technology integration, project management, product development, and tactical/strategic planning for the largest media companies in the world. He is an expert in service architecture, product management, and service operations.
Stephen is an early adopter of live streaming technology and streamed pirate FM radio shows to dial-up modem users starting in 1996. In 2003 Stephen was part of a core team that launched one of the first online music subscription services (MusicNow) that was successfully acquired by AOL. He then worked at iTunes launching digital film, television, app store, and the first iPhone in over 100 countries world-wide. He has worked as a standards developer for the RIAA, launched BitTorrent Live - a peer2peer streaming application, and ran global operations for Samsung’s Media Hub on smart TVs and mobile devices. Stephen has a deep understanding of digital and streaming media.
For the last three years Stephen has been a founding executive of EverSport. He has served as technical architect building a live streaming platform derived from a 6 page product plan and Power Point slide. He has technically overseen over 8,000 live streaming events in two and half years. Stephen is highly proficient at live event production, media encoding, content management, live streaming delivery, CDN, analytics & reporting, and content syndication.
In his spare time Stephen serves on the advisory board for the Chicago Independent Music and Movie Festival (CIMMfest.org) and is a frequent panelist for streaming media conferences.
Eric is a San Francisco Bay Area native who loves mirrorless photography, his papillon dog Layla, and his best friend and wife, Becky Constantinides.
Steve Enders is a product management and content strategy leader who has been working at the forefront of large-scale digital media and streaming video since 1999.
Steve began working online at TechTV as a lead site producer, reporter and editor before joining Yahoo! News in 2004. There he oversaw product development of the organization's first-ever, award-winning original content initiatives, elections and technology coverage, and major video partnerships with news brands including The Washington Post and 60 Minutes. He would later serve as Director of Product Management on Yahoo's Custom Branded Experiences team, developing hundreds of custom microsites and content hubs for the largest brand advertisers in the world. Steve and his team would also run development of the company's Tentpole events, building sites for Yahoo's largest sponsored live events.
At Intel Media (OnCue), Steve led development of the OTT product's content management system and interactive media concepts. OnCue was acquired by Verizon in 2014, where the technology would become the backbone of Verizon's Go90 app and more.
Steve earned a journalism degree from Cal Poly SLO and lives in Silicon Valley with his wonderful wife and three children. He dreams of surfing and the San Francisco Giants winning another championship.
Dave Ferrara is a professional software engineer. Dave is an experienced PHP developer with extensive experience building Drupal web applications. Additional professional skills include marketing analytics tool integrations and full stack engineering.

As former Head of Media Sales at Global Sportnet (acquired by WPP Group) and T.E.A.M. Marketing - UEFA’s exclusive global marketer of the UEFA Champions League - Carl has sold TV, internet and mobile rights worth hundreds of millions of US Dollars.
His interest in internet and mobile technology and desire to disrupt legacy eco-systems brought him into the start-up environment where he held amongst other executive positions the role of VP Marketing/ Managing Director Americas at Accel Partners’ funded United Mobile - the Skype for mobile - and later VP of Business Development at leading personalization and recommendation platform Sidebar.
Carl is a mentor at LA Start-up accelerator amplify.la, board advisor at the first crowd-sourced fan-run sports franchise Project FANchise as well as social bookmarking and on-line research platform KEEEB.
T.E. is senior executive with two and a half decades of experience deploying emerging technologies.
Prior to his current role at EverSport, he has held multiple senior positions with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, where he led efforts to make books and video available online for consumers. As an executive at Amazon.com he was responsible for building the world-wide operation for the digital group and was deeply involved with Kindle development. T.E. has built his career on project delivery and achieving tangible financial results with minimum capital investments.
He holds an MBA from the University of Oregon focusing on Sports and operations, he has competed as a NCAA athlete and has conducted biomechanical research at Nike’s World Wide Research Lab. T.E. believes all athletes performances should be available worldwide, and his position at EverSport enables him to bring live collegiate sports to fans, friends and families around the world.
Wayne Sieve is currently CEO and Co-Founder of EverSport Media.
Wayne was recently VP, Head of Sports and Head of Business Development at Ustream.tv where he ran the premium content business and oversaw all dealings with global and domestic content rights holders.
Previously, Wayne was Co-Founder and EVP of 5to1, an online advertising platform that launched in 2009 and was subsequently acquired by Yahoo.
Prior to 5to1, Wayne spent 9 years at Yahoo! in the media division. In his last year, he was the head of business strategy for Yahoo! Sports and Entertainment where he was responsible for developing business strategy and new revenue opportunities for the 9 business units within Sports and Entertainment. During his first 8 years at Yahoo!, Wayne ran business development for Yahoo! Sports where he developed business strategy and managed all dealings with pro leagues and athlete associations, college sports rights holders, TV and radio networks, Olympic properties, athletes, and general content and data providers.
Ben was an early advisor for EverSport and joined the company full time in May 2014 as Chief Product Officer, managing product, development and design efforts.
He has spent his product management career focused on all aspects of online sports. Spending 13 years at Yahoo!, ten of those years were with Yahoo! Sports where he was Global Head of Product and led efforts for all editorial, video and fantasy products across Yahoo! Sports’ worldwide sites.
After Yahoo! he held positions as VP of Product at Strava and Director of Product at StubHub before joining EverSport.
James Truitt is a digital media professional who has produced and managed digital video and streaming HD quality live sports events for major media networks including Universal Sports Network (acquired by NBCUniversal), CBS Interactive, and CBS Sports Network.
His experience includes working behind-the-scenes with production, post-production, and other programming & operations teams to produce, edit, and manage digital video content for television shows and live events for major sports delivered through streaming services such as TV Everywhere, OTT, and mobile apps for Android and iOS.
